It's pretty simple; here at Decades of Style Pattern Company we love vintage patterns. We REALLY love vintage patterns. Our goal is to take the beautiful and amazing clothing designs from 1900 through 1959 (with a main focus on 1920 through 1959) and make these patterns available to anyone. We have patterns that are SOOOO beautiful they are going to make you tremble! These patterns are too good to stay discontinued and we are going to fix that!
Vintage patterns in your size
We offer high-quality reproductions of the original sewing patterns. And we have 9 sizes available in every style from bust size 30" up through bust size 46"! Select styles are available in 12 sizes. We faithfully reproduce the original patterns so you will have the opportunity to make these breath taking garments!
Vintage patterns you can use
If you've ever sewn with an original vintage pattern, you know how daunting it is to face blank pieces of tissue paper. You will find it easier to work with a Decades of Style reproduction than with the original vintage pattern.
Decades of Style patterns include these improvements in terms of usability:
- modernization with familiar reference symbols and construction text printed directly on the pattern pieces
- finished garment dimensions printed on the pattern envelope for bust, waist and hip
- many sizes available for each style
